About the project

At Radiotech, we believe music should be accessible to everyone — not only to those who grew up taking lessons.

We are a product team inside the Gismart ecosystem, focused on building and growing music apps across iOS and Android. Our portfolio includes products with millions of installs, rich functionality, and a long history of product development. These are apps that help users not only consume music content, but also play, learn, practice, create, interact, and enjoy the process.

Our goal is to make music feel more approachable, engaging, and human for beginners, hobbyists, and people who want to bring more music into their daily lives.

  • Build and maintain automation and auto-rules processes to optimize bidding, budget allocation, and campaign management at scale.

  • Monitor key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Sub2Paid, retention) and report on performance against targets.

  • Familiarity with creative testing processes and ability to brief/collaborate effectively with creative teams.

  • Experience expanding products into new markets/geos, with an understanding of localization and regional performance dynamics.
