You will drive the evolution of Platform capabilities - including identity, data infrastructure, AI/ML services, and developer tools - into a modular foundation. Your work enables internal teams and external partners to build and ship faster while maintaining enterprise-grade security, compliance, and global readiness.</p> <h3><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Define and drive the product vision for a multi-instance, scalable foundation that supports SaaS and on-premise deployments</li> <li>Collaborate with application product teams to consolidate fragmented components and requirements into unified platform services</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to inform Platform strategy</li> <li>Communicate Platform insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li> <li>Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation</li> <li>Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritise new features and capabilities</li> <li>Drive a roadmap with dependencies across the wider organisation, balancing technical constraints with business needs</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications and experience:</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience working as a program or product manager for a platform, SaaS infrastructure, or API products</li> <li>Computer Science or similar degree</li> <li><strong>A strong technical background.</strong> You are comfortable discussing API design, architecture, and authentication flows.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with developer platforms or platform-as-a-service products</li> <li>Experience managing AI/ML infrastructure or platforms</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>What We Offer</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027">💻 Choice of work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.)</li> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027">🇬🇧 English classes (iTalki – $130 monthly)</li> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027">⏰ Flexible schedule (we usually work between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET)</li> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027">👶 Newborn bonus (€500 per child)</li> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027">🧠 Patent remuneration</li> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027">🌴 Paid leave</li> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027">🧑‍💻 Remote work in locations without our offices</li> <li data-start="199" data-end="1027"><strong>Hybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Constructor</strong> fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
