Job Description

JOIN US

We're looking for a talented Social Media Designer to join our creative team.

They should be experienced in 2D Motion Design, Video Editing and with a strong grounding in Graphic Design.

This role is for someone who loves crafting meaningful, impactful visual stories - from social-first content to large global digital campaigns.

You'll work across the full creative process, collaborating with strategists, creatives and producers to bring bold ideas to life, while pushing the quality of our motion and film output to the next level.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with flexibility to work from the office, from home, or on location as projects require.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Create compelling, story-led films, motion graphics and social media assets.
  • Deliver work across social, digital campaigns and out-of-home advertising.
  • Work flexibly across the full production process - from creative exploration and ideation to final delivery.
  • Use AI-powered tools to support ideation, storyboarding, pre-visuals and final asset creation, where appropriate.
  • Confidently handle projects independently, while collaborating as part of a wider creative team.
  • Partner with strategists, creatives and client teams to build engaging, effective narratives.
  • Bring a strong eye for design, art direction, typography, layout and brand consistency.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines and values.
  • Lead projects where required and support others through collaboration and creative input.
  • Proactively push creative quality, technique and innovation across static, motion and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Share new tools, techniques and thinking to help foster a culture of learning and creative bravery.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within social, digital or broadcast environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion design graphic design and storytelling.
  • Expert user of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and the wider Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A solid foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography and composition.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, editing rhythm, timing and filmmaking fundamentals.
  • Confident working to established brand guidelines, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver who takes ownership of deliverables and project streams.
  • Calm under pressure, responsive, and highly organised.
  • Approachable, collaborative and supportive - someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
  • Curious, adaptable and open to continuous learning and development.
  • Willing to travel internationally on occasion, when required. As an added bonus:
  • Experience with Cinema 4D and modern render engines such as Redshift or Octane.
  • Experience creating 3D Motion Assets.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Salary: £32K/yr - £35K/yr
  • Exposure to senior global clients.
  • Working in an international and integrated team with top talents from different fields.
  • A brand-new centrally located office (Old Street) with plenty of creative space to think, take meetings, and collaborate.
  • Plenty of opportunities to create big ideas, for big projects, with big impact.
  • Flexibility to work remotely: 2-3 days in the office per week, and the ability to work from home, the north pole or somewhere warmer for up to on month each year. We encourage warmer.
  • Structured onboarding, development & tools (Groove-In Buddy, Feedback talks, state of the art IT Equipment and more).
  • Treat yourself with loads of perks and offers through Perkbox.
  • Consider yourself well cared for through Income Protection and Life Assurance, as well as 25 days holiday excluding BH and your birthday off.
  • Make your money go further through our salary sacrifice pension and cycle to work scheme
