Job Description

As an Associate Inbound Sales, you will turn high-intent customer interest into successful sales by guiding prospective customers through a consultative and engaging buying journey. You will play a key role in converting leads generated through our marketing efforts, helping customers find the right premium outdoor-living solutions while driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. At PERGOLUX, we are building a premium, global outdoor-living brand through ambition, innovation, integrity, humility, appreciation, and unity—and you will join an international, fast-growing team where your impact and ownership matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage and qualify incoming, high-intent leads, turning customer interest into consultations, appointments, and revenue through a relationship-driven and consultative sales approach.

  • Guide customers through the full sales journey, providing tailored product consultations, recommending the right pergolas and accessories, and ensuring a seamless experience from first enquiry through to purchase.

  • Take ownership of the Charlgrove showroom, continuously improving its presentation and customer experience to maximise sales opportunities and create an inspiring environment for prospective customers.

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending relevant accessories, add-ons, and maintenance solutions, while ensuring orders are accurate and customers receive the right solution for their outdoor space.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in HubSpot, track performance and market insights, and support events, exhibitions, and customer showcases while collaborating closely with Performance Marketing, Product Experts, and sales teams across PERGOLUX.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer-facing, or similar commercial roles, ideally with experience selling high-value consumer products.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and confidently guide customers toward the right solution.

  • A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset, with a genuine motivation to turn interest into action and take ownership of your results.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations, maintain accurate records, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Native-level English proficiency and a basic understanding of sales techniques; experience with HubSpot CRM, market awareness, and an interest in premium Home & Garden or outdoor-living products are a plus.

Benefits

  • An international work environment in a rapidly growing company with many growth opportunities.

  • Hybrid work model (80% on-site / 20% remote).

  • Ergonomic workstations and modern Apple/Windows laptops.

  • Employee events at various locations, including summer parties, Christmas parties, and after-work gatherings.

  • Access to the Corporate Benefits portal.

  • Employee discounts on PERGOLUX products.

  • Motivated and supportive colleagues who help each other.

  • Strong focus on professional development and skill-building.

  • Free drinks and snacks.

  • Employee referral program.
