Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience; 主要负责解答用户问题，提供及时且准确的支持，确保用户获得良好的体验
- Possess a solid understanding of referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups; 熟悉返佣和推荐机制，通过Telegram或内部社区群帮助超级返佣成员解答疑问
- Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies; 收集并分析社区反馈，为内部团队提供可行见解，支持产品开发和营销策略
- Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards;监控所有联盟和返佣营销活动，确保合规和公司标准的执行

Requirements:
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency related terminology, market trends, and Referral Pro Mode program rules; 熟悉加密货币相关术语、市场趋势及超级返佣项目规则
- Ability to work flexible hours to engage effectively with KOLs and community members across different time zones; 能适应灵活工作时间，有效与不同地区KOL和社区成员沟通
