About the Role
Playson, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial department.
As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our gaming portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships
Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximise customer satisfaction
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times
Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector
Proficiency in English. Strong understanding of the gambling industry, including an understanding of sweepstake markets
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively
Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have
Experience integrating agentic AI (Cursor, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) into workflows
Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language would be beneficial but not essential
